These conditions govern returns and refunds for orders placed on the GoBeldi platform.

1. Right of withdrawal

GoBeldi does not apply a right of withdrawal. Confirmed and paid orders are firm and final. No return or refund will be granted for personal convenience, change of mind, or customer choice error.

2. Strict return eligibility

A return leading to a refund is accepted exclusively in the following two cases:

The product received is damaged or spoiled during transport.
The product received does not match / is not identical to the photos and description shown on the GoBeldi platform.

Outside these two specific grounds, no product may be returned or refunded.

GoBeldi guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or not matching its product listing, GoBeldi covers all return shipping costs. The return is 100% free for the buyer.

3. Claims and return procedure

For any request related to a damaged or non-conforming product, the following procedure must be followed:

Notification

Contact GoBeldi support as soon as you receive the parcel, including your order number.

Required evidence

Attach clear photos showing the defect (damaged item) or the non-conformity compared with the site visuals.

Handling

After verification and approval by our team, a prepaid return label will be sent so you can ship the parcel free of charge.

4. Refund terms

Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our premises:

The refund request is processed immediately.
A full order refund is issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on how you paid.
